The Blue Buddha Hostels are in Ericeira, one of the Portuguese Surfing Meccas. Right in front of Matadouro Beach (Slaughterhouse) and North beach, and one minute to Pedra Branca and Backdoor spots. It will take you 7 minutes walk to arrive Ribeira D´Ilhas. Ericeira is known for its high, barreling waves. Along the coast waves over sand and rock allow all types of surfers find their perfect waves.

We partnership with Semente Surfboards, created in 1982 by two surfers Nick Uricchio and Miguel Katzenstein http://www.semente.pt With this partnership we perceive not just the traditional surf lessons but also an innovative offer – make your own surfboard.

Together we offer:

5 learning sessions (2 hours day) – from shape to finishing

7 nights in Blue Buddha Hostel (shared room)

This include all gear and transfers to/from Semente factory

At the end of shape sessions you will keep your shaped board.
