Ericeira does have facilities available for surfboard and wetsuit hire, as well as bikes and segways.

Take a longer ride go visiting (10min drive) the Mafra National Palace, gardens and woods or even go to Sintra (35min drive) World Heritage Villa (the famous mystical castle on the hill).

You can also visit a medieval villa, which is very ancient and interesting known as Óbidos (1h30min drive).
